I owe a big thank you to this sight and I wanted to share some of my recent & current endeavors with growing my beloved pan. I could see a pin coming up out of a petri dish. I cased around it put in a small tub with a tiny plastic tent to give it some room and viola it grew. I also grew some monster pan that made some bitching prints and liquid cultures. Some wbs inoculated with liquid culture after a week, I only use agar wedges to inoculate my liquid cultures and haven't had a bad one since.
