WHY DO I HAVE MAN BOOBS

Okay, when i was about 12 i started getting a painful, hard lump on my right nipple. At the time i was pretty skinny, i was in kickboxing (i didnt actually fight cuz i was 12 but it was really hard training) and i ran like 3 or 4 miles a day. So these developed when i was skinny. I was like 5'9 and 140 pounds. So being fat didnt cause this. About 2 years later i got one in my other nipple. Over the years they have gotten softer and stopped hurting but they are still there. I lift weights, so im working out my chest, i can bench my own weight (im 245 lbs 6'3 and bench 250).
Why wont these fucking things go away? What the fuck?

You have gyno. You will most likely need surgery to rid yourself of the breast tissue. You could look into taking letro to try and get rid of it. I doubt it would help in your case though.

Get a second opinion. Could be a some kind of hormonal abnormality.
Someone I know once had a friend who grew a full pair of tits and had to have them surgically removed.

TBH its not about girls (well thats part of it lol) but they are annoying to me. I personally dont like them. I may end up getting surgery but not for awhile

In the meantime, you can play with them yourself.

I'm a very thin, light person and I have moobs too. It can be caused by a blocked milk duct which is easily removed with a quick surgery. They slice below the nipple and cut it out.
I have friends who have had it done without issue. Me and my bro have it even though we're like stick men. Haven't got round to going in for it.
If you're in your twenties and of a healthy weight with moobs go see your doctor about having the blocked duct removed. They normally suggest waiting till end of puberty as it can be caused by that but if your old enough you can rule it out.
Free on the NHS, not sure bout US

I also have this problem, and am pretty thin. Been trying to do pec exercises to cover em up at least.
My guess, at least in my case is a mix between prozac as a kid(another one of my friends who was prescribed prozac as a kid also has them), bpa leaching from reused plastic bottles on hot days and too much soy when I was vegetarian.

Stop eating soy.
Convert dem boobs to muscle. It'll be more defined.

I used to have man boobs in middle school. I really didn't want them, and they were gone by high school(joined track).
You need to put some motivation toward your physical appearance.
