this is from their new album from last year, Clivages.



it's essentially classical Chamber music composed with a Prog-Rock style. it's RIO music, or Rock in Opposition. basically some guy made this band Magma, after a crazy dream he had about the end of the world. he made his own language, and made highly complex, sophisticated, and freaky Progressive Rock. they and a couple other like minded bands, started the RIO movement, and it eventually picked up speed.

this is a classic album from a classic RIO band, Henry Cow.
