To get them out my dad set up a coffee can with a hose attached to the lid, he then burned some rags until they were producing a lot of smoke, threw them in the can, put the lid on and stuck the hose into the crack, When they all flew out he quickly sealed up the wall and they never came back

He sprayed some shit outside of the spots they were coming in and then he waited around for an hour to see if he saw any bees. it's likely that there's a swarm in the area and they're looking for a place
to set up shop, a bee swarm isnt just several thousand bees chasing you
around, it's actually a colony that's splitting off from the original hive,
they decided the original colony was growing too large and created a new
queen and decided to move out with the old one

dont worry about a swarm, they're loaded with honey and are unlikely to
sting but if they can find a hole in a wall somewhere they'll build their
nest there inside any cavity they feel they can defend. if they start
nesting in the walls then it can become a problem, look around the outside
of the building and look for bee traffic, follow them to see if they're
inside the walls or if they're just our scouting/foraging, if you see a
cluster like this, then call someone that deals with honey bees and they'll
come remove them for free. you can also place a cardboard box near them,
maybe add a little of that wax that you have to the box to attract them to
it, just make a small hole in the side and they may move in, that makes the
apiarists job even easier and he'll thank you for it
