Drugs have, so far ultimately bettered my life, I think. Psychedelics have been wonder wonderful things that have helped me with depression, anxiety, and a whole shitload of stuff in general.
If I could operate on low/micro dosed combos of a bunch of stuff 24/7, I would - but I can't - it's just not feasible. And besides, I've tried to live my life at a 10/10 on the euphoria/energy scale using drugs before and while quite wonderful initially, it wears you down and just makes your life a constant cycle of highest highs and lowest, lowest, lowest lows and that made me quite a shell of my former self for a while.

I like to cut loose once in a while too, but I've stopped looking at drugs as a cure to sobriety or a bandaid for things, they're tools that can better you as a person long after the come down and help you live a very fulfilling life...if you use them wisely.
