Mostly your grafts are rocking.
Brilliant stuff Ken. It just goes to show that some of us Aussies can do more than sit around and talk about cacti and chase kangaroos up the main street. :tongue2:

I have had a lot of fails from the lot that I grafted a week or so ago. I was expecting quite a high mortality rate as most of the scions were the runts, and an a assortment of struggling seedlings the albinos where left to long before the were grafted so they are all a fail.:sad:
On a happy note I think I will end up with over 50% surviving so  at least I am in the comp now and I will do another batch of healthy seedlings soon.

Here's an update on mine. Iv'e got a couple of pumpers in there, though one has only just started putting on new growth.



I can get some clearer pics of the individual grafts if anyones keen.

I've been slacking and haven't added to the collage, got the pics taken just got to crop and edit, but here is a snap from today, 95 days since growth was seen to start, 1 week after grafting.

sowed 31st oct
grafted 20th nov

That's really not fair :frown: mine are a few months old mow and still haven't grown all they have done is shot out some spines...... must have just hit the vascular ring by a bees penOr. or cause they are amino and variegated they just take longer :shrug:
