Checkpoint refusals. . . * 1
    #17886067 -

Recently stumbled across this and though some of you would find it interesting.
This guy refuses to comply at a few checkpoints and is let go every time.

Anyone here encountered this?

Let 'em try that in Texas.  They would haul his ass out of the car, beat the fire out of him and send him straight to jail.

Don't mess with Texas.

Nazi Germany had checkpoints as well. :facepalm3:
There should be more people like this!  I never blindly listen to some guy with a shiny costume and a gun, fuck him and his gun, I'd love to get my ass kicked by a cop.  I've had my ass kicked plenty times in my life, be nice to get paid for it.
Fuck our militaristic police nation man!

Nazi Germany also had electric lights. I think every state that employs electricity for lighting is inherently immoral.

If you are at an actual border crossing entering the US, they have a lot more freedom to ask anything, and search anything. Once you are inside the US, you are really only required to give your name to the authorities. It's up to them to prove you aren't a US citizen, not to you to prove you are.

you're not even required to identify yourself to authorities unless you were
stopped for some infraction of the law which is why blown tag or tail lights
are common reasons for stopping people

the last video clip in there was fucking great

I dont like that most of those videos were edited to fuck and then inserted

This is clearly why, in the end, he is let go every time. Legally, they have no leg to stand on. They know that 99% of the people will comply. Also, another reason to never have anything suspicious in clear view, because then they can fuck your shit.

They can ask what ever they want. It is only illegal if they detain you for refusing.

You are correct about them going beyond what is legal, k00laid. Cops are only slightly more educated about constitutional rights as citizens. There are some decent lectures on YouTube by the ACLU and other groups explaining in detail what rights you have and should invoke  when questioned by police.

Here's a good one from, of all places, Pat Robertsons Reagent Univ.

no, you're just wrong

unless they arrest you or illegally search then it's not illegal, it's no \
different than myself telling you I want to search your car, I know I cant
get a warrant to search just as they know they cant but asking you and
delaying you isnt illegal, if they detain you past a reasonable amount of
time then they are violating a law, many states see 45 minutes as the limit
on what constitutes reasonable

no i dont think so.

there are many things besides those 2 listed that cops can do that are against the law.

a cop opening my car door without my consent or probable cause is illegal.

and that happened twice that i saw in the above video.
