Jars not collinating

Hey , i orderd 2 20cc spore syringes from earthtongue or watever , well i got them and there was only like a pin head size clump of dark spores i gues in each one and i shook them up but it didnt seperate, the water was clear and not dark at all, i think they were 2 diluted, well i inoculated 10 jars with like 4cc a piece, they are br and verm and some are brf and verm, they all have different mosture content and have put them in diff temps from 70-90, they wont collinize at all its been like a month and theres no contamination or anything growing, wtf i could be so ahead rite now but nooooo got some weak ass syringes from them , i think they were running out of amazonian and made a few diluted ones or something

yeah I agree... a month means you either had like 0 moisture or bunk syringes. Although, just because you can't see the spores doesn't mean there are none, my friend has had many syringes that look clear but have more than enough spores.

That's bunk shit, Sometimes viable syringes are extremely clear with only little clumps like that in them, but it sounds like that was not the case here. Don't be discouraged, go buy from www.thehawkseye.com they are awesome! I always plug them when I can.

ill try the little guy NEXT if what i did now doesnt work, wich is ordered 2 10cc syringes off of ebay at 16.00 plus 4.50 shipping, one is b+ strain and other is hawiian, i wish the earthstongue amazonian syringe worked becouse there are suposed to be potent, i gues the B+ will be cool but i dont think i like what i read on the hawaiin, but hey , all cubensis are suposed to be mostly the same anyways rite. I heard the hawaiin trips are bad,non visual,and one guy said mind fucks. Is that where you think about your life to much sometimes like when u take acid. I gues 5grams of any cubensis will be strong.

I also got a 20cc syringe from earthstongue, and used BRF and vermiculite and inoculated 10 jars with between .5 and 1cc a jar and it's been 4 days and 3 jars already show colinization and my earthstongue spores worked fine.

What did the spore syringe contents look like, Also mine were amazonian wich he said they were sold out of for a while after i got mine so maby it was the last of the batch they made from there amazonians and it was diluted, or maby the spores died from heat while in transport/shipping. I think the return adress on the packadge was TX, I still trust dark syringes over very clear ones. Thers no other explination on why my jars arent collinating besides my spores werent viable.

mine looked the same, they were clear with a clump of spores in them.. but i shook mine until it all broke up. earthstogue is located in San Antonio TX, thats only about 30 miles from me so i get mine prety quick from there, but i did ecuador..

i just ordered from the little guy, i got 5 syringes , they were all prty good, i got one clumpy one thou, all was stuck in a big ball that wouldnt separate, only one thou, other than that the little guy is the shiz nizzel, doesnt accept money orders thou

Two questions for you:

1. Where the syringes exposed to 90*F+ temps before being used?

2. After flamming the needle glowing red did you make sure the needle was cool to the touch before you released the spore solution into the substrate?

Syringes should be able to survive past 90f, the rate for mycelium death is 106, and spores are probably much more (right?).

Even if you don't wait for the needle to cool, it cools immediately when some of the spore solution hits it (like 1/20th of a cc is enough to cool the needle) and so the rest of what goes in the jar is fine. My friend never waits for the syringe to cool, and he's never had a jar not grow...
