Spores are not illegal because they do not contain psyilcyin or psilycybin, but mycelium and mushrooms both contain psilocybin. That's why the spores are sold on the premise that they will only be used to look at them through microscopes and to study them. I think that some people decide to actually grow mushrooms with them, though.

Asking questions is fine and okay, but you really should have read through the Tek and FAQ, and other posts here in the forum, until your questions were answered - then, if you still had a question, post it.  Also, if you just do what we're saying here in this thread and don't read the tek, you will still almost certainly fail.  READ THE TEK!  more than once.  :smile:
