New to IV. Looking for advice/tips/

I have 150mg of black tar heroin right now and 10 fresh needles that i just got from cvs pharmacy. I've been smoking it but it just isn't cutting it anymore and I have decided to give the needle a try. I know what I'm getting myself into, I've been doing everything from hydrocodone to oxymorphone for the past 2 years, and in high doses at that.

What I'm looking for is any tips or pointers you may have that will help me with my first time experiencing this. I am going to be fixing up within the hour so whatever you can say to help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I know .15 of dope isn't much, but i will be starting small. I'm thinking like maybe a third of that? About half a point?

This is why I also posted this on Bluelight.. I knew the shroomery would mostly give advice like this.

Well it took me 3 rigs and 5 pokes, but I finally got it. Its alright, nothing special.

Gonna give it a rest til friday and try it with a full .15. Doing it in thirds didnt really give me a good rush, but im definitely higher than I would be if I had smoked it, plus it should last a bit longer. :smile:

What do you do when youre under the influence of the stuff? Hang out with friends or watch tv or whatever?

Some people have self destructive tendencies. 

I don't even use opiates, and I still consider myself my own worst enemy.  No one else in the world fucks with me like I do.

Dude go to www.opiophile.com and look at their beginner junkie tips. They are a lot more helpful and knowledgable than most of the peeps here. (as far as shooting dope).

Good luck I guess ? keep in mind that once you hit the needle there really isn't going back. It's possible but not likely. After you push that plunger in you can kiss your ass goodbye. I hope you know the consequences.

It's damn good advice because many here- like myself- made the same mistakes you did and have lived to regret it- horribly. I will never forgive myself for what I have done to my family- just quit before you dig yourself deep into this hole. You have no idea what you are getting yourself into. IV is a whole new game- just do the smart thing and stop.

Or destroy yourself, fuck why should I bother trying to help someone so clearly self destructive. Some people have to learn the damn hard way. You'll either: A. Die from an od some day. B. Get AIDS/Hep C because your ass will be so desperate to get high you'll share needles. C. End up in jail. D. Finally quit after wasting years of your life on this stupid bullshit and a but a 40 something loser with nothing going for him.

Edit: but let me just say: there is no "recreational dabbing" in this shit- it will own you as it owns everyone. You might think you're in control but you are NOT. It's owned countless lost souls before you- why are you any different? You are not a special snowflake.
