Part 8 of 'The Terence Mckenna OmniBus 2012' - "Totality Symbol" - RELEASE DETAILS!

#16748769 - 08/28/12 03:23 PM (14 years, 1 month ago)

Last week was big for science, with three events happening within six hours of each other.
White Island erupted, NASA landed a SUV on Mars and Mt Tongariro, last eruption in 1897, blew after more than a hundred years; sending an ash cloud across the eastern North Island of New Zealand. This week the Mars rover got a brain transplant, there was a 7.2 earthquake off North Eastern Japan, a typhoon threatened Hong Kong and the hypersonic Waverider scramjet, an unmanned experimental aircraft operating out of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio, failed to fly at six times the speed of sound, the second setback for hypersonic flight using the 'scramjet' engine, which, when successful, will have the capability to deliver weapons of mass destruction anywhere in the world quicker than you could grab your photo album and hightail it out of there.

Meantime, Introducing TMOM2012 8/12 - "Totality Symbol"

It's impossible to note the works of Terence Mckenna without confronting his TimeWave Zero theory, coded by the honorable Peter Meyer. As in the previous episode, TMOM2012 remains topical as many people are discussing this. It's not a case of being 'for', or 'against', it's about examing the object in terms of the subject matter of this episode, 'Totality Symbol', a Jungian concept springing out of everyone's personal need to create something individual. The individuation process may indeed be what the timewave was mostly about, but then 21/12/2012 isn't here yet and the fat lady hasn't sung, so who knows?

The audio track is again encoded with the Structured Silence audio codec. Thomas Dolby eat your heart out! Craig De Sousa is in the house, and Carlo (Azamazz) Da Silva is manning the guns.

Big ups to the Headspace crew for another successfull run!

There is nothing else like this series out there, so please show your support by visiting our site as often as you can;

Pirate uploaders to YouTube please note; There is nothing to gain by trying to re-release this title on your own channel, and/or changing the title. It only slows us down and confuses posterity. If you would like to contribute to the project please get in touch and do it like that.

The webisode is dedicated to newborn babies everywhere, but especially Milla Kay-lu Kapp, born 26th August 2012 to the Martians
