I use the word "right" for lack of a better word. I dont mena an inherent or granted entitlement. what im getting at is that there really is no inherent authority, we as civilizations make all that shit up to keep some order, and that's great, but it's gone too far. Even if i don't have a natural "right" to do as I please, no one has any true right to govern my existence either. Im content to cooperate with rules and regulations that help our society function more smoothly, but there's got to be a balance between governmental authority and the natural born freedom that every individual has. otherwise a revolt seems to be in order IMO.

Might makes right or so history has shown.  Without an understanding of history and human emotional nature via evolution one might think we could make a fundmental change in how our cultures and societies work on a basic level.  Not going to happen imo.

Revolts come and revolts go. Things can even get better for a short while but then it's back to the bull shit.  You go ahead though because that's part of it to. This has all happened and been felt before. :shrug:

It's all about power and whos got it.  You want a "right" to do this or that?  Then you will have to take that right by force of some kind or you won't have it.  Nothing is a given here.

Sociologically speaking, "folkways make mores make laws" in other words, whatever norms dominate a people become codified eventually. Therefore, changing folkways can eventually result in a change of law. It all goes back to the people. Without a people there is no government, only a bunch of old morons arguing about nothing.

i agree. nature hates a vacum, escpecially when it comes to humans and a lack of law & order. in the course of any anarchy somebody will inevitably take it upon themselves to impose their reality upon everyone else but if no one listens to the self-consumed bastard then he has no power. It's only when too many self-consumed bastards get together that we have a mockery of a "democracy" like we have now. History shows also that in cases of an emporer or tyrant being overthrown it nearly always works out badly for the tyrant. Then the people start all over again. Inevitable though it may be, government can always be changed, modified, overthrown, etc., etc., by the people.
