I'm about peaking on my shrooms right now,  I think I've discovered that after everything is said and done.  I love each and everyone one of you unconditionally.  I don't care who you are or what you've done in your life.  I truly mean it sincerely and completely.  I don't know if this is the right forum or whatnot...but after I got done with all the visuals and other distractions and closed my eyes and got down to the nitty gritty, thats how I feel.  I hope that I can have made just one person smile with this post.  Have a shroomy night.  :grin:

Some people argue that love is just chemicals being released into your brain. I don't believe that though, I think love is a connection made at a higher level than ordinary relationships. A connection between two souls.

i was in love with a girl and i truly believed she was my soul mate. it turns out she never loved me, and all those feelings i had were false, although i still got the feelings. if love is the connection between two souls, then why didn't i connect?

Not to flame or anything, because I try to refrain from that sort of thing (and I certainly agree with the "higher level" bit), but I'm tired of the idea that by saying things are "just chemicals" somehow demystifies the mystery...  Of course chemicals are involved.  But there is no "just" about it... Suppose I agree with the whole slice an' pie, then!

As for love, man oh man, I can't get enough.  In fact I think I'd like some more.  Never not enough room for more love (love that multiple negation!).  If love is not at the root of one's passions, he or she is passionate for all the wrong reasons :

LOVE is THE drug=) It's the most addicting, and when you can't get love..
Like your girl dumps you or something, you get a really bad hangover =)

But seriously:
The Universe have treated me so nicely, lately, so I now have a feeling of love
towards everyone and everything. I'm not tripping or anything, I just had a revelation one day out of the blue =) It's so nice. I feel like I'm falling in love with
this world, this excistence.
It's like a huge, wonderful, natural, high. I'm so thankful, but I don't know to what
or whom, i guess it's everything.
