Mushrooms in Asia-Minor?

I'm going to be traveling to the country of Bhutan in the next month, located between India and the Tibet part of China. I will be trekking across many tropical/sub-tropical valleys. Anyone know if I might expect to run across any mushrooms worth checking out? As far as I know, no major efforts have been made to catalog many of the species of plant or animal that exist in this country, partly because of the rugged terrain, and mostly because of how hard it is to gain entry (about $200-$300 a DAY if you go as a tourist, very hard to go as a guest unless you know the right people). Anyone traveled around this area before and gone hunting? MJShroomer, you still around? I'm sure you would know. Anyone else? Any info would be great.

I onluy know that David Arora did some traveling in China, but I do not think he ws near Bhutan.

Pokhara, Nepal has shrooms, P. cubensis and/or P. subcubensis.

If there are subtroopical valleys there then probably Copelandia species and P. cubies.

From maybe Gaur manure or cow (Bos indicus, B. sundaicus,etc.). and/or B. bubalis or B. arnee.
