contamination and consumption
    #1404445 -

First things First: "High all" I am new to these forums and also new to mushroom cultivation methods. I have a problem and a possible solution to a friends problem and i would like some learnered opinion from you guys.
My friend has managed to grow cubensis mushrooms on hes first attempt  however during the fruiting cycle he has noticed that three cakes are infected with a bluish mould :frown: . My question is: if he were to proceed with the fruiting cycle until exuasted and than dried the mushrooms and than placed hes dried product in alcohol for few days, hence extracting any psilocybin, psilicin into the alcohol would any contaminants and or pathogens be nuetrilised by the alcohol and there for making the  filtered alcohol fit for consumption in hes land of very lax laws. all thoughts would be helpful?

The bluish mold is just oxidation.
It`s a normal mushroom growing situation.

just ciontinue with you normal growth process.
Might also need to up the humidity a bit in your terrarium as well.
