Attitude
    #13828192 -

I work in customer service and talk to around 100 people per day over the phone through my home office.  Sometimes I have customers that are pleased with my attitude as evidenced by their compliments and tone of voice, and sometimes I have customers who think I'm giving them attitude when it clearly isn't my intention.  The customers who think I'm giving attitude seem like pricks themselves.  The customers who are pleased with my attitude seem like easy going people.

So I'm working now, and got a compliment from a lady about my mannerisms and friendly tone.  Directly after that call, I get some guy who sounds like he's drunk and pissed, telling me he doesn't like my attitude.  I talked to him in the same manner as I did the lady before, consciously trying not to project any negative attitude nor have any negative thoughts about him in my mind, in order to complete the call smoothly.  Rarely do I get assholes like this, but it makes me wonder.

Why the sudden shift in perspective?  What's happening here?  I have my suspicions but would like to hear other perspectives.

kind of a broad question in the OP, I'm not expecting much.

This seems rather obvious.

All my posts in this forum are strictly fictional.
They are derived from an acute mental illness , from which i am forced to lie compulsively.
I have never induced any kind of mind altering substance in my life  and i have no intentions whatsoever of doing anything illegal.
If I have ever suggested such a thing it would have most likely been , due to my personality disorder and i probably do not remember it at all..
