I have a fucking infatuation with it right now. Eating about a bulb a day.

I stink like it really bad too. When I take a poop, it smells like a car just peeled out on asphalt.

I wanted to make a restaurant that catered to stoners if prop 19 passed. It would be open 24/7 and have all kinds of good stoner food.

Im going to take pics of this process and put it in the cooking section, but for those of us on the topic, make this spread when you get a chance. You will Not be disappointed :wink:

edit: this recipe seems a little flawed though... what I would do is:

chop an entire bulb of skinned garlic cloves
then chop a 2 to 1 ratio of parsley to garlic
put the Garlic (covered) in an oven at 180 for 15-30 minutes to lessen its bite if you prefer
mix the chopped parsley and chopped garlic
add 2 tbsp. applic cider vinegar
add 1/2 to 1 tsp of salt to your preference
add extra virgin olive oil until it saturates the mixture, creating a paste.

let sit for an hour, then enjoy on some tasted baguette slices :smile:
