I think she's cute and do-able, but then again I like them thick anyway. From the looks of her though, she's only going to get bigger, likely more so than what I find attractive. How do her parents look? Any idea? It takes some serious dedication and work for someone like her to lose a lot of weight and keep it off. It is at least a good thing that she is bothered by her weight. If she didn't care at all, no telling how big she might get.
