Be afraid, be very afraid. There is a huge Church of Scientology right by my university. I've read a bit about it and I think it's basically a cult.

That operation clambake sight really opened my eyes up to how my dad's mind works. Maybe I just smoke way too much dope or my dad is tryin to use that scientology shit on me. Here's my reasoning: I live on a horse farm and I basically feed and take care of horses and keep the house clean and pretty much work, work, and do more work for very little to know money at all. Like just about two weeks ago I cleaned out my dad's shed and then I cleaned out the garage and then I cleaned the entire house and my dad only gave me $50. It took me about 3 solid days of work to get this all accomplished and let me tell you it was a task. When I came to my dad and said I wanted more money for all my hard work he basically told me that he didn't really give a fuck about how much work I do I am still a lazy piece of shit and a mooch and that it is people like me why the world is fucked up. He also buys me about $20-30 worth of groceries a week but tells me he spends $100 and that he can't afford to feed me. And I know he is lying because I have seen the reciepes. ANd sometimes when I work for other people and they write me a check I will give it to him to get it cashed and he won't give me back my money or it will take him a few weeks and he will only give me small portions of it at a time. I could keep goin on and on about how I think my dad is tryin to use that scientology shit on me put I know you guys must be gettin bored by now.

Yeah! My dad has all kind of shit about that Avatar. He was wanting me to go off for like two weeks up to North Carolina for an Avatar workshop or some shit. Do you have any more information about that Avatar shit?

I don't know how old you are but my advice is GET OUT of that type of living situation as soon as you can!

You probably will have work as much as possible to share a room with someone and live with other housemates to afford rent (at least here in CA) but to me it's a better option.

If your dad is stealing money from you, family or not, move on with your life and leave the brainwashed behind. He sounds pretty scary to me.

Same here! I also have no job and probably won't get one for a while due to this ressision. I get that shit from my parents too- I eat Ramen noodles and rice at least 3 times a week and my mom says I eat all her food (I don't). They should be thankful I'm living here and doing all this work instead of wanting to trap me into paying rent- fuck that shit!!!!

I think an obvious point needs to be revealed here...
If this chuch is an expensive church, I think that would be the reason they steal your money and try making you pay them for extra groceries you didn't eat and shit. They are going bankrupt for a enduced state of peace from the church.
Ha! your parents are church addicts. Better get them some rehab if you don't want to lose the house.

L ron Hubbard from what I have heard created Scientology as a joke amonst friends, it was a challenge. Now idiots everywhere have fallen for it.
