jars and oxygen?

I left my inoculated jars in a cooler for 5 days
im worried their getting a lack of oxygen
how much of a problem could that be?

They are likely fine.  If anything, their growth just stalled a little.

Mycelium needs G/E while colonizing. Too high of CO2 and they stall.

Elevated CO2 will quicken colonization. Myc breathes oxygen so jars need a constant supply to stay alive and healthy.

OP, your jars are going to be fine. The cooler isn't small enough or sealed tight enough to kill them in five days.

Put them on a shelf or somewhere open is what I do, let them get natural light cycles
