You'd be missing out on so much good music if you only listened to one genre. There's SO much good music out there. I love it all.

I think everyone gets the point I'm trying to make.

But in case they don't:

Call me whatever you want but if you even pretend to like music more than just background noise or filler at a bar then you should be listening to more than a couple genres. If not you're an idiot in my mind.

Agreed, I like a little bit of a lot of things.

Also if you claim to like everything you're an idiot. Especially if you have to qualify it with "except x genre".

"What kind of music do you like?"
"Everything but rap and country."
"Oh cool. Do you like Bach or Beethoven more?"
"Who?"
"THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT DUMB BITCH!"

I liked their album. Some songs I could do without but the songs I liked were worth the CD. I actually never ripped it to my computer otherwise I'd probably be listening now.

You've got no issues OP.

I sang choir and listened to classical music until I was 8, now I listen to everything from 'Passion Pit' to 'Dillinger Escape Plan' to 'Bjork'
