I noticed that there are several errors in that.

The USA literacy rate is no where near 99 percent have you ever been to the south.
Also what the percentage of the USA GDP is spent on the military is off too

Also Iraq HAD the 4 largest army in the world  during first gulf war. That number was quickly reduced by 500,000 while they retreated from Kuwait .

The numbers might be off, maybe not every detail is right, but I'd say the general picture painted is about right, especially his use of media domination and political prisons.

How can we know that for sure. As I pointed out much of it is false.
Besides Kim jong ill wants the rest of the world to think he is bat shit crazy. Nukes and bio weapons are useless unless your crazy enough to use them.

I would also like to point out there was a different dictator who had  a similar picture painted.  We all know what a bang up job that was.

I am no way saying he is a great guy by any means but china's human rights record is far worse.

Also run by the us government now I just picked a random state Alabama for instance which has a 15 percent illiteracy rate.

Now I did Michigan (just to prove I'm not picking on the south) that which has a 8 percent illiteracy rate.  I did a few more and NONE of them even had a 95 percent literacy rate.
