No, no.  It's actually a 27 qt tub.  I guess that would make it a 6.75 gallon tub.  A tub full like that normally yields me about 2lbs dry, (give or take a few Oz's) :grin:

Ok, I'm done!  This is it.


Every harvest you come across those fruits that make you say... "Nice!"  These were some of them.


Dehydrator fully loaded and ready to be fired up!


She's chugging away .  Can't wait to see what they'll look like tomorrow.

Dehydrator is 5' 5".  Naw, I didn't bother getting a "Wet" weight.
