I'm calling SHANANNAGANS on this shit. You could not get that fucked up on 7 WET grams, I mean good god man, thats like 1 gram dry, maybe less. That's equivilant to having 1 gram of weed.....simple posession with the intent to get FUCKED UP maybe, but definatlly no fuckin 7 years. I think your just a dumb ass that made up a new name and posted this to see all the responses you get. But it would definatlly suck a fat ASIAN cock to experence this. I agree with LINK, lets see some evidence.

If there is one thing Ive learned its that the government will fuck you anyway they can. I doubt they are factoring in the water loss that will occur in drying, the fact o fthe matter is they want to nail for as much as they can. Like with acid it is legal for them to measure the weight of the object the acid is distributed on, and factor that into the amount of "acid" you are accused of possesing. Further more, manufacturing is a very, very serious charge and has nothing to do with how much illicit drug you actually have on hand. Be careful out there, mushrooms may be cool, but in my opinion not worth going to jail overg-dub

I would have to agree here. This is probably the largest community of psylocybe cultivators, and yet we don't hear of anyone in this group getting busted. Now we get someone who's first post ever tells a horror story and implicates JLF. I think that this is exactly the sort of thing I might do if I had no morals and wanted to get back at a spore supplier for some previous slight. Suggesting that this supplier leaked to the DEA on a forum of this suppliers largest buying public would be a pretty effective way of hitting him right where he lives. I apologize sincerely if this story is entirely true, but the inconsistancies are a little glaring.------------------

most seem to be in denial.
they don't want to believe that it is possible to get busted because that would mean they too are vulnerable.
did it occur to anyone besides me that he might be posting from a new nick to avoid linking this post with his old nick ??
it seems prudent to avoid admitting that he is one and the same.
the landlord snooping is a plausable cause, i had a friend who took a pot bust because of a maintenance man entering his home while he was at work.
no warrant is needed to collect trash set to the curb either. ------------------

I just want to add that your landlord cannot just walk into your house whenever he feels like it. You pay your rent, that affords you a certain amount of privacy. 24 hours notice is the norm. Also, finding an empty bag of vericulite is not probable cause. Vermiculite is a legal product and not reason enough to obtain a search warrent. There are millions of bags of vermiculite sold every year. I say the story is bullshit or else he isn't telling us everything. ------------------

my advice to you, or anyone in this same situation.
definetely try to find out who did this to you and kill them. seven whole fucking years of my life will not go down just for a shroom operation that is harmful to no one!
make sure you buy a plane ticket with cash to get out of the country.
this is what i'd do if this happened to me. sad things happen in this world, but with one less narc out there, peace will be that much closer.!

This is the first time I've been to The Shroomery since my "troubles"...needless to say I've got court coming up again soon here and probably alot of time to think about this whole mess afterwards.I am really suprised of what they are doing with my couple of little cakes(only 3 of which even had pins!) I had totally convinced myself that for something that small (looked like a five year olds science project) they would surely see that it was just for personal use and not "stick it to me". DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!! I don't know whats gonna happen in the end cause I've got no prior record but I'm sure it's not gonna be worth it! TRY MEDITATION AND READ THE BIBLE!
Those have helped me now more than shrooms ever did...

As a former employee of a apartment managment company, I am here to say that managment or maint staff can enter at any time with out your permission. Some prime excuses, errrrr examples are maint "emergencies" IE:To check for roof leaks.
To check for water leaks into neighboring apts.
To gain access to sewage clean out. Basicly if they want in, they have an excuse. Gadget

Well if something like that doesn't rattle your cage a little bit, I don't know what will. Remember that there are people everywhere watching you... your mom, your landlord, big brother... they all might know what you're up to. Play it safe, don't leave shit from growing supplies in your garbage. Take the utmost caution when fucking with highly illegal processes. Lord knows I take my excess shit to a dumpster far from my house. You can never be too careful when it comes to your strange habits. I've got some weird hobbies that could land me in jail for a long time, I am stressed to say the least. Small price to pay for my fun...I feel for you pal. That is one fucked up story...

Dudes, I'm so tired of hearing about this bullshit.  Everyone knows they are running a risk when they grow shrooms. If you do illegal things either alot or you're not smart about it, or both, you will be caught. Period. Just don't tell anyone and you wont be burned. And keep it low pro as well. Dont brag because that's extra worry. Dont sell it or give it out to random fools; that's not smart. I soo tired of hearing people sway back and forth saying "it's not true; they cant bust you for spores; blah blah blah bs bs bs" and then others saying "broo i got burned...i hear 5 court cases everyday people getting sentenced to jail" well im sick of it and because of postings and readings like this you will worry and might even have bad trips as well. Just stay cool and you'll be fine DrDank

The goberment can definitely track internet traffic and they actually do on an ongoing basis...the question is where they are looking and when..they have the storage capabilites for the unlimited bytes going across the wires...they do this for the most part for national security reasons, spies and the like....its really no secret..I feel for you though and do believe this was a landlord/other dweller issue....

That totally sucks. Someone in their own home making shit for their own use gets busted. That's the government just putting across the message that if you're not a good little consumer, you go away to jail. Oh well... remember Rome.
