I don't believe there will be sex in the same way there is sex here(I think there will be a union between us all based in love but there will be no more procreation)

and yet we will not crave or need sex

our current bodies love sex

a new body with no need for sex will consider the prospect to be undesirable

we will experience eternal ecstasy beyond any sexual experience here on earth anyways

there will never be another negative moment or thought

complete and total faith and trust, complete and total confidence

consider this...the body of Christ(aka body of true believers) are called the bride of Christ and there is the marriage supper mentioned in revelations

what happens when 2 people get married? they join together and become one flesh(through sex)

in a similar way after the marriage of the lamb we will become one spirit with God

basically there will be a spiritually sexual unification which takes place and will produce a euphoria beyond anything this world has to offer

we were made to need God's Spirit

it is His Spirit which makes us feel whole

we will feel a pleasure beyond words in being reconciled with our creator

I see, so this failed utopia (starting in the garden) was really God's master plan of:

Letting Lucifer rebel so as to have an evil tempter to test the children of god.

Letting Lucifer into the garden of Eden to test said children.

Lucifer wins the battle over mortals and gets them sent out of God's nice utopia because they didn't obey his rule over the thing he set right under their noses.

So they reproduce and prosper with some strife in the bastard child of a failed earthly utopia. Animals get shitty with each other too, things start killing and eating other animal things.

God finally starts revealing the master plan to people. People apparently decide about following what REALLY should have happened.

Time pans out, people do their things, some get thinned out into the heavenly return to God from judiasm and then eventually by Jesus' teachings.

All this is the culmination of trimming out the evil souls from the good ones so that heaven and the Heaven on Earth thing actually work without disgruntlement.

Basically, the end and we all live happily forever in a place we use words from here to kind of point to... like all the good things and slivers of joy we feel here all condensed and felt out "for eternity" etc etc etc etc

I guess one ought to be happy one is "In The Know" about this all

The issue of God supposedly "forfeiting" his omnipotence with his creation and him granting the allowance of evil to corrupting mortals WHILE still being willing to judge them according to their conduct, remains... and is strong... it seems too human and full of resentful monkey business.

One can never really sufficiently do apologetics for that - the reality has to remain with that train of thought and one has to just praise God that one is "in the know" and that one is spared the fate of HELL!!!! I dunno, seems like God the judge has us by the balls.

those mortals were warned what would happen

James 1:

13Let no one say when he is tempted, "I am being tempted by God"; for God cannot be tempted by evil, and He Himself does not tempt anyone.

14But each one is tempted when he is carried away and enticed by his own lust.

15Then when lust has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and when sin is accomplished, it brings forth death.

16Do not be deceived, my beloved brethren.

17Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow.

18In the exercise of His will He brought us forth by the word of truth, so that we would be a kind of first fruits among His creatures.

19This you know, my beloved brethren But everyone must be quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger;

20for the anger of man does not achieve the righteousness of God.

21Therefore, putting aside all filthiness and all that remains of wickedness, in humility receive the word implanted, which is able to save your souls.

22But prove yourselves doers of the word, and not merely hearers who delude themselves.

23For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks at his natural face in a mirror;

24for once he has looked at himself and gone away, he has immediately forgotten what kind of person he was.

25But one who looks intently at the perfect law, the law of liberty, and abides by it, not having become a forgetful hearer but an effectual doer, this man will be blessed in what he does.

26If anyone thinks himself to be religious, and yet does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this man's religion is worthless.

27Pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world.

It's one thing to simply enjoy a style of life that one enjoys, but it's another thing altogether to refer to another person's choice as "wrong" or to rationalize their behavior as being pathological or resulting from some sort of inadequacy or failing so as to create a sense of superiority or separation as yet another projection of a personal fear or control issue.

Well I mean... apologetics does have some reasoning and such that is obviously "well engineered" or thought out but yes the premises seem much more eager to make faithful claims too often... more than what we would think is necessary..... but yeah I guess just verses is pretty sloppy and meh
