You could look up similar postings for the same type of job your applying for online, this way you will kind of have an idea of what your duties will be & which requirements you'll have to meet (this way you'll come off as knowledgeable, and well prepared).  Just try and be on your toes, NYC is a cutthroat place.

Know what you'd change about yourself, or what a weakness of yours is.

I've been asked at every interview I've had a question about something I'm bad at.  Also what I'm good at, but the answer for the bad one is important.  Take a second to think about it, even if you have an answer ready.  Not too long though.  But for sure have something to answer that kind of question.

it ended up being a chill two interviews... although i was more of the one giving the interview..

it was more of an experience then looking for a job but it was cool to get ideas from the people there.  The girl i spoke to explained the company to me and the guy was telling me about a college in Boston that is good for creativity and he thinks i should just stick to what comes natural for me which is how he got his job at goldman sachs, tho he wants a higher up job i think ...   

i'm not sure  could see myself ever working there cause i don't know about the technical type of work they do there on the computers and im not a human resources worker....    but if i ever decide to get a job there  i'll probably be able to get hooked up  cause im now friends with two of the HR ppl and my friend that works there.. the salary and benefits there are fucking awesome too.


for now though i am keeping aim at the music world  :mafioso:
