I'm getting a kitten

tomorrow. My mom's boyfriend's sister found a little orange and white stray with a broken leg, so my mom said we could keep it because she wanted one anyways. I am so excited! I had a cat at my old house, but he ran away and we couldn't find him before we moved. I'm so excited!

I'll post pictures when I get him.  :catfrog:

He's not going to go outside, everyone in my neighborhood has big dogs that would eat him.

I always trimmed the cats claws, they tend to like a manicure more than the dogs

yeah cat's need their claws about as much as humans need thumbs. to remove them would be just plain wrong. especially for a wild cat.

Please try and convince your mother that declawing it is both completely unnecessary and cruel.

If you raise it right it won't matter that it has claws.

my cats are continuing to use the chair as a scratching post so they are both going to petsmart to get a nail clipping.
