Help with Stalled jar

Hey I have a wbs jar that have random litle spot of grain that won't finish to clonize. Its been more than a week now and they just do nothing. Im pretty sure its not contam. is it possible that the grain have completly dry out so myc won't colonize it ?

And do you think I just can use it as a spawn anyways or even a litle uncolonized grain may contam when spawned to bulk ?

well if you're ready, i would give it a shot. turning it upside down as you are scooping it out will let any uncolonized grains fall out. if it doesnt seem very colonized when you get into the middle of it then maybe don't use it

I'd shake that bad boy up and wait a few days.
Otherwise I'd do my best to avoid collecting the uncolonized grain.

they have been shaked already, I think that shaking twice is not very recomended...
