Have you removed the tape over the holes, when I did, growth started going like mad.

From my understanding, as the mycelium grows, the oxygen level inside the jar dwindles, and is replaced with CO2. This will substantially slow the growth in a jar down. Another factor may be that the jars are too cold. The ideal tempature is between 84 and 86F. If your holes are covered, uncover them, and incubate at 84-86. Good luck,

Mine were doing that and I flipped them upside down and let some h20 in and they started growing again. It is a risk with contamination though. I did three of them and waited for the results and everything seemed a ok. After that I flipped a few more over. It also keeps them spaced out so you don't have to birth them all at once.
