Many primordia on jars before complete colonizatio

It has been exacly the 3 week point with my 10 PF jars. I followed thw PF TEK guid and used the standard fruiting formla in the low form jars. I have had no cotams so far. My cakes are all fully colonnized except a few of them have tiny uncolonized spot on the bottom. However they all have 10-35 primordia all over them. The cakes dont look like the ones I have seen in the PF TEK guid they arent as completely white. On mine there are spots were I can see subtrate through the only wispy mycellium. Yet there are tons of priomordia. Please help what sould I do?

You should have incubated the cakes in darkness.
Birth the colonized cakes.
Leave the uncolonized cakes and fruit them invitro.
