If we all vaccinate ourselves, then I'll bet any amount of money we'll hear "OMFG IT MUTATED! IT'S TOO STRONG! EVERYBODY GET ANOTHER SHOT OF SOME STRONGER STUFF!" within a few months. We're just asking for a stronger more lethal virus if everybody goes out an gets a shot. I'll let nature do it's course.

Vaccination doesn't replace your immune system.  It uses your immune system to fight the disease.
