That really sucks dude.

I really don't know your situation, but I've known at least 4 people in my lifetime that have had the worst of the worst lisps.

Not sure how they did it - if it was growing out of it, or speech therapy - but they ended up speaking perfectly fine within a few years.

I bumped into a guy from high school that had one real bad, and it was surprising how clear his voice was. Then again, that was 8 years ago now, but still...

My brother had a speech problem when he was very young, Later he had a Latino accent. he became VERY popular!
