I didnt know the figures were so staggering for the midwest, but I got to say, I still dont believe that long legged mack daddy was born in this country, he is not my president, and he is taking America straight to hell.... *insanely stupid comment edited out by Phred*

That graph just shows the % of population per county that is black. If the total population is higher in the north, then it may counter the higher percentage. I'm not sure that it does, but am just explaining why your graph doesn't necessarily prove your point.

I know that graph doesn't prove what he said, but he was responding to an assertion by Jerome which had even less supporting evidence and sounds by far less likely to be correct.  You may note that Jerome hasn't produced anything at all to support his troll.  Which is par.  For him.
