Life: the chemical reaction: predecting the future
    #1051819 -

ok say that chaos exploded (big bang) and the universe is a massive chemical reaction. Is everything we do then not what we are supposed to do. the action of me thinking about this or typing this is a chemical reaction predictiable? This could be your fate. anyway, chemical reactions can be predicted. so with proper knowledge of the physics and reactions, could one in turn tell the future?

No, thanks to subparticles, the universe is not a chemical reaction, nothing is really a chemical reaction. Instead, anything is possible, and there is no such thing as a random coincidence. We all have freewill, and thus every action we make changes the world is some other way, everything is connected, and everything exsists because of something else, but that does not mean anything is predictable, or due to the nonexsistant laws of physics and chemistry.

Are we not all accurate predictors of our own lives? Set a goal and make a prediction at the same time. Attack the goal with much ambition and determination. In turn your prediction will be proved true. I think that fate is just an illusion of the third density. Past, present, and future all combine to create existence in the moment and nothing else. I guess what im trying to say is that Fate is a biproduct of time. When we learn that time doesn't exist, fate will lose meaning and we will be in total control of every moment of our existence.

A chemical reaction can be predicted but the related external effects can not. We know for instance, that an acid mixed with a base will react and produce heat and gas. That's a given. But what will the side effects be? Will the reaction be in a confined space causing an explosion? Is the reaction in contact with flamable material causing a fire? Are any people near by to be hurt?
The universe is far to complicated with way too many things happening all at once, some related, most are not. A person may make certain predictions that come true either by their own actions or fate/chance/luck/karma. Nobody has complete controll over every aspect of their lives and surroundings and thus can neither predict nor escape what will happen in the future. Call it fate or luck or whatever you choose, the fact remains none of us know what will happen and anything can happen. The best we can do is try to live our lives as well as we can and be alert for those situation in which our actions WILL effect the outcome.

I agree. Soon though peolple will realize the true power of the mind and ascend the laws of the third density. Time will not exist, meaning no future, thus, no fate. The maleability of reality will become apparent. We will be in control of every aspect of our existence.

I think we can be predicted from the outside.

There are many models for mind and thought(subjective experience is another story.). These could not be to far from the truth. Heres some internet reading: http://keck.ucsf.edu/~paul/brain.html#INTRODUCTION
http://www.scn.org/~mentifex/theory5.html (this ones with a AI tint to it.)
http://dog.net.uk/claude/dreams.html This is one from the perspective from what he calls "introspective psychopharmacology". It's less scientific but has some good ideas in it. The actuall page is based on lucid dreaming however.

In a sense we do have free will. But the scientists looking from the outside in, will eventually get with greater certainty a model for the mind and hence a model for your mental life and behavior. So in a way, there could be a determined fate for each of us.

In the world of your mental life (the world you know and experience as yourself.), you do have free will and responsibilities. And in a court of law you should be treated as such.

How do you trace the formula for infinity reacting with infinity?

This is an interesting subject indeed. You might want to look into the works of G. W. Leibniz regarding metaphysics.

Im not sure I understand your question. Can you elaborate a bit?
