I've tried that, too. I was as friendly with as many women as I could meet. Every single one of them threw me into the "friend zone," and hooked their friends up with my other male friends. Then when a girl you've been friends with for quite a while introduces you to another one of her friends and remarks, "He's like a gay friend, he won't try to fuck you every 5 minutes," you just want to explode.

On the positive side, I do think that I learned a lot having these female friends, and I did get way better at talking to women, but its 10x as bad to hang around with a bunch of beautiful girls who won't fuck you when getting pussy is the only thing on your mind.

I don't really understand how dudes have so much trouble getting laid.  I mean shit, sex is free.

Since I was 19 (23 now) maybe 2 weeks have gone by that I haven't gotten laid.  I think your problem may be that you don't exude any sexuality.  You just said that your friend compared you to a gay guy- that you wouldn't try to fuck her every 5 minutes.  Thats probably one of your problems right there.  You come off as non-sexual.

You need to fix that.  Be a dick to chicks you meet if you have to- not straight out douchebag, but blow them off, ignore them, don't be nice when you meet them, just be like "hey" when someone introduces you, then walk off to do something else.  Don't talk so much.
If you blow them off right when you meet them, they will think about you for the rest of the night.  Like, "why didn't that guy pay any attention to me?  he just blew me off.  does he think i'm not pretty?  i should go try to get his attention."

I can flirt with a girl enough to get some kissing going if I'm drunk. I just suck at getting anything more.

Yes that is what I mean.  Don't make it glaringly obvious that you want to fuck them, but exude the "I can and do fuck like a real man" vibe.
Flirting is good (although I don't know what the hell flirting is, girls tell me I flirt like a slut but I don't know what they're talking about, I also can't tell when girls flirt with me, I always smile at girls when I talk and they always smile at me when they talk to me, is that flirting?), sexual innuendo sure but don't be disgusting, don't come straight out and talk about sex, and just let them touch you.  Pretend they are all strippers.  Keep an eye on their body language and yours.  Theirs a fine line between 'super sexual male' and 'guy who might slip you a roofie'.

If you can do that much, you can get laid.  Stop kissing them before they get bored and stop kissing you.  When girls make out with you when they're drunk, they're looking for male attention.  The best thing to do in this case is to give them some, then break it off.  Smile and be nice, but make it clear you're in control, and your good time isn't revolving around her.  Go get a beer or something.  Make eye contact with her while you're talking to other people.  She'll want it more.

Dude, for guys getting laid, ugliness is really much less of a factor than it is for chicks.
I have seen fugly dudes get laid by smoking hot chicks, and I've seen hot muscular dudes get turned down by average chicks because they came off as lame or creepy.  Chicks seem to care more about attitude and personality, while guys care more about looks.

Just work on your confidence bro.  Ugly dudes can bring down hot chicks too, as long as you're confident.  Go work out and get tan.  These are the first two steps to boosting confidence and sex appeal.  Girls will like a toned, tan body over a scrawny or flabby pasty body, and seeing your body change will give you a crazy strong boost in confidence and pride.

I can testify that when I started getting tan by going to the pool all the time, i got more looks from girls than i did when i started getting in shape. they really like that shit.

If I may add #1, it seems to me like you have an unhealthy negative preoccupation with sex, and that maybe your virginity is not the disease, it's a symptom of something greater. Like you said, you're frustrated, so this needs to be gotten rid of. I don't know the likeliness of you having a great first time will be if you're in a frustrated state of mind.
