13 million in unpaid tickets

I was watching the news last night and in my county alone there are 13 million dollars worth of unpaid traffic violations. So what they are doing is now taking the money directly out of your checks, with or with out your consent. Pretty crazy

Out of your... income? Wow, I didn't know they could do that.

Over here they'd just suspend your license until you pay. Traffic fines are a local/state issue, and only the federal government can take money out of your pay.

My advice is to find those things that give pleasure and do them often without too much attachment and relax and wait for the show to end.

I like free markets and all. Truly I do, at least in general, but there needs to be some kind of oversight in recognition of sustainability. Life works the same way, on a bunch of sustainable systems. Why not honor what made us what we are and take some lessons? Nature FTW!
