so i have frequent and painful urination and i see TINY little red bumps on the head of penis. i have been to the doctor more than once about this, because i suspected an std. i was tested for herpes, hiv, syphilis, ghonorrea, and chlamydia. the doctors said i dont have any stds but im convinced i do. im seeing the doc again next week and im gonna ask him if i can get a blood test for hpv cuz thats the only thing i could think of. im a HELLA hypochondriac so it could very well be in my head. and ive only had sex with 3 girls 1 time each, and once it was without a condom. unprotected oral 3 times. so the docs pretty much laugh at me when i think i have an std saying "its very very unlikely". i guess ill find out soon enough.

It's never a bad idea to get tested for HPV if you're sexually active, but you're probably worrying too much over this.

it's not funny. it drives me crazy. i've been having painful and frequent urination for years, even before i ever had sex. i had a cat scan and everything but they didn't find shit. i thought maybe kidney stones or something but i guess not. it's quite painful and its ruining my life and no doctor takes me seriously. if i don't have hpv i don't know what to do. it's fucked up when you are convinced there is something seriously wrong with you and no one can explain it.

I don't have an STD but my pee stings occasionally too, where it hurts like a bitch for a few minutes afterward. For me it's a lot easier to deal with if I make sure my underpants aren't in contact with the tip of my dick, that's what really causes it to hurt.

Warts can grow in funky places and obstruct urine. And a lot of people come in contact with HPV when they become sexually active. But you never know until they ramrod you with teh scopes. They can do that, if you really want them to. They'll even put some funky thing in there called a stent if you are having trouble getting your wee wee on.

As for the healthcare workers, I assume they are more focused on ruling out deadly diseases such as cancer. You might want to switch to a physician that better understands your needs for palliative care.

Ask for some meds, or teh scopes and stent. And be sure to ask "is this going to leak?" before you sign anything!

Sometimes, it just hurts to pee dude.
Like if, when you're showering, you get soap on the opening of your urethra, the next time you pee it will burn like a bitch.
I was drinking a lot of vitamin water every day for a while.  Eventually, I had to pee like every 45 minutes, my kidneys always hurt, and I was having memory problems.  Turns out there are very small amounts of heavy metals present in vitamin water because of the fact they use crystalline fructose as a sweetener, the metals are left over from the manufacturing of HFCS.
I stopped drinking it, and over the course of a couple weeks, my urination got back to normal and my kidneys stopped hurting so bad.
Calm down dude.  Get some cranberry juice for urine track health.  Watch what you drink.  Lay off the caffeine.


Edit- and calm the fuck down about STDs.  I've had raw sex with 7-8 chicks, multiple times with each of them, and I've never shown symptoms for anything.  If you've had sex all of three times, once without a condom, I really doubt you have anything.

thanks guys. i'm not allowing anything up my peehole again, they already stuck a q-tip up there when they checked for std's. they were like oh do you mind a swab test? i'm thinking okay the will just swab the outside of my head but nope, the fucker sticks that thing right up my dick and it was the worst pain i've ever felt and id rather die then repeat it. i had nightmares about it for weeks afterwords and just thinking about it brings back the pain. but if it was some kind of cancer or prostate issue i'm thinking they would know right away? or is it possible to go unnoticed for a long time?

I think you're suffering from the same thing I had.

Its like a male form of hysteria.  You're constantly worrying about something being wrong with your penis/prostate/testicles.  Don't worry dude, just relax.  I had the same deal, and kept going to my doctor thinking I had herpes (turned out to be a skin irritation, I had accidentally whacked off with this sanitizing chemical on my hands), genital warts (which just turned out to be normal little bumps), painful urination (I wasn't drinking enough fluids) and kidney pain (drinking too much crap).  I got over it when the doctor gave me this wart removing liquid for the bumps on my penis, even though she had said they were just normal bumps, I was so convinced they were warts she gave me the liquid.  Yeah, it ate pieces of my skin off and was painful as hell.  Turns out she just did it to teach me a lesson.

thanks man that actually helps a lot. i think it very well could be hysteria and anxiety because i convince myself ridiculous things all the time. i'm still going to try to get something for overactive bladder though because when i pee it feels like i don't get it all out and i feel like i have to pee again right or soon after. i'm also still going to get tested for hpv just in case but i think i should seek treatment for my hypochondria because that is what is really ruining my life right now.

There are several ways to check for prostate problems, including a prostate specific antigen test that may indicate cancer. Or the digital (finger) up the butt can help detect cancer or less serious problems such as enlargement (which is more of a pain in the pisser than a life-threatening condition). Look up BPH for more info. BTW, it can be treated with medications if that is the case.

Sometimes certain medications such as certain stimulants and opiates mess with my flow.

You could be having some other issue like passing small stones or crystals which tend to be sharp and quite painful, without having a serious problem with stones in the kidneys or elsewhere. Like someone else said, highly acidic drinks will keep that in check.

Heck who knows. Maybe you have some urethral fistula! I doubt it. But it is worse than it sounds.
