All you gotta do is do your thang somewhere relaxing (like your bed) with no distractions.. close your eyes, and get lost in some fantasy.
Masturbation is supposed to be about enjoying the feeling of your being, but society feeds us guilt and shame on the subject, so we hide from the FEELING of it and focus on the superficial aspects of it, such as "how hot this chick is compared to every other girl I've looked at so far" and shit.
Whether or not you want to stop the porn addiction is up to you. When you really want to stop, you will. But don't divide yourself and say you want to stop when you know you don't really want to inside.
It's healthier to just embrace your desires and accept yourself as someone with a porn addiction. There are much worse things in the world, after all.
The way to let go of any addiction is to allow it to leave on it's own accord. This means concentrating on accepting who you are.
The more you can accept who you are, the more addictions will naturally dissipate. This is because addiction is actually a sort of protective shield we hide behind to avoid acknowledging and accepting ourselves.
We compulsively and habitually perform an act or consume a substance, and that substance or act defines us temporarily, which the ego will cling to as a means of avoiding acknowledging and accepting the true, undefined, self.
