my friend spent 10 days in jail there for less than a gram, lost his job, etc. idaho is the most backwards fucking state in the country socially, yet one of the most beautiful scenery-wise. awesome skiing and bountiful wilderness. you live there?

thats why my post in the PD board makes the most sense.

even in this state (CO) where most people are white, it is decriminalized.

you get a ticket. you pay a fine.

in some places a gram of marijuana is arrestable. huh? same places where they plant that shit on you.

here in Colorado, we have some of the worst police in the nation, but even here mara jew wanna is literally almost legal.

Denver=Technically legal over 21 and less than an ounce.

Littleton PD searched my friends car. no ticket was given (not even for traffic violation) and they found a pipe. The officer told my friend to have a nice day and she gave my friend back the pipe (WTF?)

I think its insane to be jailing people for possession of ANYTHING, let alone some weed.
