Do they look too wet?  Got any standing water in them?  If there's alot of standing water you might be in trouble.    There's always going to be SOME right after PC'ing.  Make sure you shake your jars well to loosen the grains and evenly distribute whatever moisture is in there.


If they end up being too wet, I suppose you could dump them out on a towel or paper towels, let them dry a bit  then reload your jars and recook.  But that's only if they're too wet.

U need to do them again.. Because I am sure your filtration device got alittle wet.. And that is enough for contamination to grow..

You will need to start over you can replace the filters AKA tyvek and tape and cover with foil and PC them again..  Just stop the PC now and let them cool and redo

Actually, the tyvek should keep the water out, if you did it correctly and put the tyvek on top of the metal lids.  If the tyvek was incorrectly put under the lids, you're probably screwed.

My filters always get damp/wet during PCing with foil on just from the steam inside the jar.  They dry out pretty quick though.
