Just a few questions for a new cultivator

hello mushroomers!

it is good to be a new part of the community. i am fascinated by the mushroom fungi, and have been studying it for quite some time. i am excited to say i am ready to cultivate my first harvest via the PF Tek method.

i have all the proper equipment to begin cultivation, however i have yet to locate a trust-worthy source to obtain spores that produce psilocybin. i will look for spores already in sterile syringes to make things a little easier to start.

i have found various websites that sell syringes that contain 10cc of spores for microscopy, will these spores grow/birth if i attempt to use them in cultivation?

i cannot wait to start cultivating some of my favorite strains like **** or ****, but since it is getting colder outside i am concerned my house may not have the best insulation.

are there any strains of **** that doesnt mind if the room is just a little colder than usual? i do have heat, and the terrarium will naturally be humid, but if there is a strain that can tolerate colder conditions that may be ideal, if not i will just extra insulate my grow room and go with the strains i mentioned above.

if anyone can give me any advice as far as purchasing spores or anything else i mentioned it will be more than greatly appreciated.

www.ralphstersspores.com ; - if your house is around room temps you can colonize and fruit just fine in the seventys. anything colder will be a bit slower but it will still work.

And about the insulation. a large part of mushroom cultivation is making a ideal place for mushroom growth, so it would be nice if you could have some temperature thingies, to make a happy place for them

I recommend Sporeworks.  They're spores are great and I had them literally 3 days after I placed the order.  Plus you get a free syringe for mentioning Shroomery in the comments box.

Spores101 are not a sponsor here, and can't be discussed. 
And you're apparently in the minority, cuz there's been 10-15 in the past month who've had BUNK syringes from them w/ NO growth.  Shroomery sponsors have certified awesome spores AND they throw a free syringe in too - so it's a no-brainer really.
