Yeah, that doesn't look 30% done to me, based on those pics. Personally, I would wait until I saw a great deal more white in that mycobag.

imagine a line on the bottom pic that divides it into 2.a left and a right. when almost one of them is fullu coloniozed then you could mix it up. or say when both the halfs are half done, then you could do it. if you do it to early you could damage the myc and it not be able to recover

Those bags look a little rough.  Do they appear greasy to anyone else?

If you're gonna mix, just do it once.  It adds extra time cuz the myc. has to use energy to repair itself.  I'd wait till you have a solid 40-50%, and mix it up REALLY well.  Spread that myc. around as much as possible.

I wouldn't mix it at all. If that's how the growth is looking after 2 weeks it's moving fast enough already.

If it was me, I'd go ahead and mix it up.  Just make sure you do it very well, break up all the mycelium and then mix it up very very good, so it's all over the place.

It'll take about 48 hours to see anything significant after you shake/mix it.  You'll see little white specks start to pop up everywhere.. another day or two and it'll be big chunks/spots all over.

It's your call.  If your myc is healthy, it will aggressively come back strong.  I had thought that mixing slowed my bag down by alot, but it wasn't really the case.  My bag I mixed took just over 6 wks to pin - and my bags I didn't mix took just under 6 wks to pin.  And for some reason, I think I got a better pinset in the bag I did mix - reason being cuz I loosened the substrate up.  Most of the pins in a bag form on the sides, and the bag I didn't mix, the plastic is tighter around the substrate on the sides ya kno?  I'm still getting a bunch of shrooms growing in them, but it's in more isolated spots, whereas the bag I mixed, I had pins ALL around on all sides.

Plus my EQ bag was noticeably behind my Amazon bags that I didn't mix, so I mixed the EQ bag.  I thought it was gonna take a long time to recover, but it's now at 99%, and it wouldn't have been had I not mixed it.

So either way, I don't think it makes much of a difference in a healthy bag.  It can definitely be beneficial if you only have certain areas colonizing, cuz a good thorough mix spreads everything around - but if your colonization is even anyways, it may not be necessary.  But again like I was saying, I was anti-mixing until I saw how the bags fruited, and now I see that it doesn't make much of a difference either way.

There's nothing delicate about it you're not gonna kill the myc if it's healthy to begin with.  You literally squeeze it pretty hard, and break every single solid piece of myc up.  Then when all the pieces are broken down, you kinda shake it to spread everything around.  It takes a few minutes to do it good.  Don't be nervous tho - the bag and myc can handle it.  Keep in mind tho, all the white is gonna disappear, and when it reappears in a few days, that's when you know it's healthy and growing again.

I felt the same way the first time I knocked up a sub bag.It is looking pretty good but I would wait 3-7 days before breaking up the mycelium.I have knocked up 8 5lbs bags in my short days of growing and only one stalled growth after mixing, but I do not think it was due too breaking up the mycelium.I also read some were in this post that someone said it was not necessary to mix the bag,I have also had the same success.
