As the subject asks.. how long until I should see mycelium growth, I innoculated my jars last night... Half pint jars that is.

Longer.
Depending on temperature/substrate/spores (blah blah blah) it may take a while, definitely longer than 24 hours. In my experience, at optimum temp (84-86?F) with home made brf, fresh cubensis spores would definitely show mycelium after 72 hours max.

I usually see mycellium growth in 2 to 3 days.
Don't get worried if you don't see some for a week though.
After a week start getting worried.
Optimum temp is 82 to 84 degrees for colonization.

Anywhere up to a week, depending on temps and substrate conditions.

How will a higher temp effect colonization...?
Say, 90 degrees...?

low temps and higher temps will cause the mycellium to have slow growth or even stall the colonization.
106 degrees and above will kill the mycellium.

I was also curious about Hawaiin spores. Out of four jars (two PF, one Stropharia and one Hawaiin) the Hawaiin is the only one which has not even had a trace of mycelium- and it's been like a week and a half! When should i give up on it? Anyway to figure out what I did wrong with that one?

Should see growth in no less than a week. Jars will be done in 3-4 weeks.

This is my first attempt. I saw visible growth start in 4 days, spore syringe to grain for two of my Dominican bags out 6 total at roughly 70f house temp and 80f room temp. If you live in colder climate you need some sort of room heater / or make an incubation box and u will see way more growth faster.
