Mycelium growth

First I would like to say Hello and thank you for having this site. This is my first post here. My prob. is my PF jars have halted on the mycelium growth. They are at 95% but have not grown in days. There is moisture in the jars because I can see tiny water droplets on the glass. Any sugestions?

Remove the tape, loosen the lids and invert your jars.

Isn't that dangerous? If you remove the tape before 100% colinized you risk the chance of caontamination, Right?

At this point, you're cakes have become contam resistant. My suggestions are standard procedure, in fact, I do them at 50% colonixzation.

What he says worked for me, my jars were approx. 75% colonized. After I loosened the lids and inverted, they took off agian colonizing the bottoms of the jars, which are now the tops at the moment! Will be casing shortly now, due to his advice!
