Casing soil for pan trops

I am trying to grow pan trops for the second time now. The first time, I used horse manure for champignons and had a lot of contams. Now I used dried cow manure, verm and straw. The colonisation is in progress, and I will crumble and case next weekend.
So: what is the best mixture to case pan trops. I have some coco coir bricks, but they are pre-fertilized for plants. Can I still use them if I wash the soil. I can also hardly get unfertilized peat. And is it necessary to add lime to the casing soil?
Thanks

I use a mixture of around 10 parts peat, 10 parts vermiculite, 1 part calcium carbonate, and 1 part ground oystershells.
