i tried growing pans trop in honey water, karo, agar, and brf.. thus far 2 weeks later only the brf is growing, unfortunely visually speaking i think i overcooked the brf, and in the past i've seen them grow a while then stop when i do that.
so my question is, as soon as the mycilia stops growing would it work to open the jar, pull off the colonized parts, and case them in a small amount of pasturized poo? would a light coating of peroxide help it any? would it colonize the poo nicely?

hi! I'm not sure about this, but I think your jars gat contaminated with bacteria. you'll smell it. So, even the colonized parts may be contaminted with lotsa bacteria... which will then grow all over the pasturized poo before the mycelium does.. because.. bacteria grow faster than mycelium..
to know for sure you'll have to try it. Post your result.
