I dunno about that man - seems like it's aimed at the folks that want to just make the cut. If you overshoot fitness and nutrition by just a little bit, what's the harm? Sleep is pretty obvious unless you have apnea, which I'm pretty sure this gadget can't catch.

i think its aimed for people who need and want to get in shape, but might need the numbers to make them realize they need to pick it up a notch or two.

Nuts to that. I hate having electronics close to me for extended periods of time. I don't even like carrying my cell phone in my pocket at this point.

Call it paranoia if you want, but it doesn't feel healthy to me.

I'm sure it's useful for somebody out there... not me tho'...

I would use it.  The more aware you are of things, the more easily you can modify what you are doing if you aren't getting the results you want.  Very cool.  :smile2:
