Want to add some wild azures to the beds

Any general non descriptive advice for a one day foray to find the elusive azurescens?I am in the oregon coast range and have established a local cyan bed but would like a "wild" strain of azure to grow also.I have two beds that produce them and they throw different shrooms(about the same potency but quite different morphology,but similar fruiting parameters)I wanted a true wild azure group which to compare these purchased varieties.PS yes I believe they are Azures as they only cold fruit and are most prolific on alder/sugar maple chips but would like to compare with the "wild".
Any help would be appreciated Peace WR :grin:

From what i hear they grow near the coast and grow off of wood matter in the soil. I beleive alder is the most common wood it uses as a substrait. Your best bet in my opinion is to find places that have alot of wood mattter in the soil...........peace
