remember allways to make prints when you find sonme shrooms....the shrooms makes you happy and for that you spread his spores throughout the world !!!

That is a large number of `cubensis| grouped together

and you found all of these growing in the wild `naturally|.?.

2nd & 4th pictures have a large number of qb's grouped together, more than normal.

i can hardly believe it

do you always find dozens of them all the time in oklahoma, during fall and winter?

how did you know when to go looking for them when the temp's were already below freezing?

How often were you hunting for cubes around this time?

are they fruiting right now, almost a year from the day you posted this?
November 22nd in southwest oklahoma..

This year wasnt a very good one for cubes in florida, but, they fruit almost that many in the summertime, but, not during late november.

Oklahoma must be the place for Wild Cubes..

Do they grow year-round up there?
Does it snow there?
-and do they still fruit there when its snowing?

doesnt it snow and get white frost on the ground you can see when its below freezing?

was it below freezeing at the time you took those pictures?

Were all those pictures taken on the same day?
-or were those taken on different days around the time, (or afterwards in the winter), this topic was posted a year ago?

Was it just below freezing at night?
-& if so, how long would it stay below freezing?
-& If it warmed up during the day, how far away from being freezing was it?

Did you get any spore prints?

Are those growing from cow manure?

How long did these fruit after the time of these pictures you took?

How often was it snowing and/or raining or sleet when these cubensises were freezing?

Exactly what part of south eastern Oklahoma are you finding these cubes?

Does everyone around your town know that they grow around there? -and how long does the normal cube hunter hunt until during the season?

And what is the most productive season for these to grow?

A;an inch a week for 3 weeks min. in september it will start to fruit.

A:every year since 1986.

A: we have had several freezes and a snow but the ground did not freeze.

A;there goes mother nature again it just depends. {there is a saying here in oklahoma: if you don't
like the weather just wait a minute. and thats how it goes around here.}

A:Its not common knowledge. and the ones that do don't even know the name
of what they are picking, and they also think that the internet is something you
take fishing.
