The Office
    #8438098 -

i'm never around the tv, if i am, it's for sports.  i heard about this show like maybe a year ago first and everyone has talked about it since, but never tried to sit down and watch it or catch an episode.  nor did i ever "catch and episode" incidentally.

but, i've had netflix for quite awhile, and they allow you to 'play instantly' on your computer, meaning you can watch tons of movies and most television series that have been released to dvd for free as much as you'd like.  well, you're paying for their service, but...

so i've been watching this show, and i laugh and smile and laugh like i haven't for so long.  i love awkward comedies that make you sweat because you feel how uncomfortable it is for all actors.  like i feel embarressed for steve carrel, his character.

but i'm only halfway through season 2, i watched season 1 twice before going to season two.  brilliant hilarious, just like arrested developement.

filmed in pennsylvania too.
great show

you guys like??  it doesn't beat arrested developement, but it's damn close and fun as marbles and licorice and stomping ticks full of blood on the concrete.

aww come on. you don't like? it's such good laughs
so many racial and sexist unintentional and intentional udertones by steve carrell. and the expressions and dispositions of everyone in the office is just perfect.

ha, embarrassed is exactly how i feel sometimes watching that show, especially for Michael Scott. I sometimes cringe when he does a private interview, but it's also funny as hell. it's like when I watched Borat, I laughed and felt embarrassed at the same time.

I really dont know why that is, I have a very sophomoric sense of humor.
